I cant get my head around you guys long wait times on the phone poor service every week i ring with a problem because your service keeps failing $100 per month with slow speeds and drops out is piss poor i have not had a month where i can say i have been happy and nothing has gone wrong i rather chase crocodiles then keep dealing with you guys seriously not happy at all the worst by far

Over 2 hours on hold only to be hung up on!! This is a joke. Especially considering the 'wholesaler' were supposed to come out and fix the issue today by 7pm which didn't happen!! Over 2 weeks now with no connection!
