Ummm... How come my internet hasn't worked for 3 days? All bills up to date never miss a payment @dodo i expect an answer... After reading all the customer posts im not game enough to try customer service.... So...what should i do?

Omfg. Hours spent on the phone in the last week trying to get my internet back on. I have been patient until now. I had a tech attending the premises tomorrow morning. I had organized someone to be here. Knowing how incompetent u are I rang and sat on hold for another 15 mins to confirm this. I confirmed last night that this appointment was still booked. The tech support said yes it is and if it is fixed in the mean time it would be cancelled. I asked again that this appointment would not be cancelled unless there was confirmation of the Internet working. So imagine my surprise (well not really) when I rang to confirm and it's been cancelled. I am so angry now. I have had enough of dodo. I am at my wits end. I will be finding a new provider asap.

Thank you for the email I have just received. Now you are telling me I am still on my original contract which on your Invoice says it was cancelled but that it has a name change instead. If going by the breakdown of the contract I will have paid $1,080 for the Xbox One, 2 games and supposedly 2 years free Xbox online games (I think not free). The internet cost $837.60 for the 24 months. But that is okay as I only have till the 27th April to go in which time I will decide before then what my options are. I had a great experience with Dodo until I moved and your agents screwed everything up. Thank you for your email.

I have been loyal Dodo customer since 2010. My telephone service is with Telstra and my internet service is with Dodo. Telstra in our area upgraded the network to NBN and our internet service with Dodo stopped working. Upon discussions with dodo, they advised us we now must upgarde our plan to a higher prized NBN services. Which is fine. What I didn't want is after 7 years of no contract service I had to go on a contract or pay a new setup fee to maintain services with them. I wanted to cancle my services and move to a more competitive services provided given that I had to pay upfront or go on contract. To retain me Dodo offered to match the service with discounts and not charge any setup fee. I agreed. Part of the transition I requested dodo to cancel my old service and setup my new service on the following day. Dodo representative agreed to follow up to finish applications but didn't follow up the next day. So i called. When called the new agent and staff refused to offer me agreed deal as service was canceled by previous agent. Mind you i wasnt even informed by assisting agent that, i may face proble. I'm without internet for 3 days so changed my service to tpg. Mind you all customer service reps and Dodo are lacking basic customer service training. They don't introduce themselves on call. defensive. I wanted to Make formal complaint and request for reference. The agent refused me opportunities. Wanted me to talk to cancellation department. Asked me to leave feedback in websites. You know what?? You wil be hearing from OMBUDSMEN soon. Enjoy and F u.

Just received terrible service over the phone when trying to enquire, was considering returning to your services...never again. Untrustworthy, pushy, rude etc etc. Not happy.

Can someone at DODO please help me?? I have tried countless times with your operators on the 133636 line and I am getting nowhere. There has already been an Ombudsman complaint raised and still I am getting nowhere. 3 weeks ago I requested notes on my account so I can track a timeline of the issues I am having and today I am told the file is too big and I can't have it? Send it in 3 small files, I don't care, I have a right to this information and you have an obligation to supply it Very frustrated with the way you have conducted yourselves through out the 3 years I have been with you
