Wireless internet not working at all today. 4G button is red and not changing since last night. Is this part of your smooth transition to Optus?????? The modem has been reset and started about 10 times and nothing has changed. Unable to do any of my work at all! Have been on the phone waiting for 1 hour and no human has picked up. Horrible customer service
