internet connections are very bad where it is around 190 kbs when normally 28 mbps been like this for a couple of days now sorry to bother but . would appreciate if you could fix it thanks Tanino

I wish I had never switched to optus. I spend more time trying to fix things with Optus than can reasonably be expected. If I could I would return to Telstra in a heart beat. My internet was working ok..Netflix connected through my tv...I watched Netflix happily. You played with my connection for three days last week...now the only way the tv connects to the internet is through hotspotting off my phone..which is using my optus wifi...but the tv can’t find my optus wifi...it can find the whole block of units wifi but not my optus one... Not a tv fault because it is working from my hotspot. Clearly a router or modem issue as I understand it. Spoke to 6 different people over three hours today, two sections just don’t answer and disconnect because they are too busy, one person hung up on me or the call dropped out and the other three could not understand the problem ..kept blaming the tv....which was working fine until the outage last week. The sagem people don’t understand the optus password system...not do I so they can’t help make adjustments to the router settings...optus people still have no thought that the router settings might be an issue or how to fix them if they are the problem. So a wasted Saturday, second in a row dealing with Optus...the third wasted experience, the last time was a work day...won’t tell you how much that cost me as a consultant. Three months three multi hour sessions trying to get Optus service people to address my problems....very very expensive waste of my time for little outcome. Customer service is not your focus...please accept I don’t want a service that does not met the agreed levels. I certainly have no intention of paying for something I am not receiving...
